Our Location & Directions
Our office is on the ground floor of a newly renovated space in Hoback Junction, at 10875 US Hwy 89, Jackson, WY 83001. Located just 15 minutes south of downtown Jackson, Teton Whitewater is conveniently situated in a central location that offers easy access to the boat ramps. Our central location places us next to the river and right in the middle of both our whitewater and scenic trips. This means a shorter bus ride for you and a focus on the exciting part-time spent together on the beautiful Snake River! Don’t worry, we understand the bus ride is not the part of the experience you are here for – although who can complain about a good sing-along during the ride. We want to ensure that you spend less time on the shuttle, making the most out of your time and ensuring a memorable experience while whitewater rafting in Jackson Hole!
- Snake River Whitewater Rafting Trips: 15-minute shuttle to the starting ramp and 20 minutes back to the office after the trip
- Snake River Scenic Float Trip: 20-minute shuttle to the starting ramp and 10-minute shuttle back to the office after the trip
Shuttle and Parking Information
Parking
We have convenient parking right in front of our office. The entrance to the office is on the North side of the building, labeled with arrows and a sign (don’t get distracted by the porch on the front of the building). There is overflow parking down the road where you’ll be guided to by one of our employees if needed.
Shuttle Service
We encourage guests without personal transportation to utilize our shuttle service. Our shuttle conveniently picks you up in town and ensures a smooth journey to our office. After your adventure with us, the shuttle will return you to your point of departure.
The shuttle service is available on our 10:15 am and 12:30 pm whitewater trips, or 1:00 pm scenic float trips for $7 per person and has limited seats available. Pickup and drop-off will be located at the free parking garage in downtown Jackson Hole, located at 160 S Millward St. Please contact us at 307-733-2285 or info@tetonwhitewater.com to reserve spots and get more information. If you have a need to schedule a shuttle outside our set times or location — reach out, and we can see if we can make an accommodation.
We do not recommend ride-share services when traveling to our office in Hoback. Due to limited options in the area, relying on ride-sharing may result in delays or difficulties in transportation. If you plan on using one, please consider scheduling a pickup ride beforehand.

- Picnic Tables and Outdoor Seating: Relax and soak in the views of the mountains while you wait for your trip. Our picnic tables and outdoor seating areas offer the perfect spot to and enjoy the surroundings.
- Outdoor Games: Pass the time with outdoor games available for your entertainment. Whether it’s corn hole or frisbee, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Amenities Nearby:
- Hoback Market Across the Street: Grab any last minute snacks for your adventure and fuel up for your next destination at the market located across the street from our office.
- Food Truck Next Door: Treat yourself to delicious bites from the food truck situated next door. Fuel up before or after your trip with tasty options from Buffalo Bills. As a disclaimer, their hours do vary, it’s best to check their Google hours for current times before planning to eat here.
- Bridger-Teton National Forest: There are several campgrounds available in the Snake River Canyon just down the road from us. You can also access several spots overlooking the whitewater section of the river. There is a Lunch Counter & Big Kahuna viewing area which can be a good option for anyone not joining the group for the whitewater trip to experience a bit of what the river has to offer and can cheer the boats on as they pass through!
